摘　　要：铸造行业的金属熔炼和转运过程需要用到熔炼炉和转运包,熔炼炉和转运包都需要在本体上做耐火层,但传统的耐火层都是由耐火砂粒和黏结剂混合而成,随着国家和行业对环保、质量、效率等的要求不断提高,研究新的耐火方法已经刻不容缓,本文探讨了一种新的耐火方法,供同行借鉴。Metal smelting foundry industry and transport need melting furnace and the transport package,melting furnace and the transport package need refractory on ontology layer,but the traditional refractory layer is a mixture of refractory sand and bonding agent,as the country and industry on the requirement of increasing the environmental protection,quality,efficiency,the new method for refractory is urgent,This paper discusses a new fire resistance method for reference.
