Characteristics of activated aluminum contents in rhizosphere and bulk soils of three broad-leaved forest stands in northern Fujian Province

摘  要:为探究不同林分对酸性土壤环境中活性铝的含量变化及占比差异的影响,以福建省南平市建阳区木荷、桤木、闽粤栲3种林分为研究对象,测定不同林分根际和非根际土壤交换性铝、单聚体羟基铝、酸溶无机铝、腐殖酸铝的含量,比较不同林分土壤活性铝含量和比例的差异。结果表明:闽粤栲林的根际土壤交换性铝含量相较于木荷林和桤木林分别降低54.48%和38.93%,而单聚体羟基铝含量则分别提高了47.32%和32.56%,桤木林的非根际土壤酸溶无机铝含量在3种林分中最高。在相同林分中,桤木林下土壤的单聚体羟基铝、酸溶无机铝和腐殖酸铝含量在根际和非根际土壤之间均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。木荷林土壤交换性铝、闽粤栲林土壤酸溶无机铝均在根际与非根际土壤之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。在不同形态活性铝的比例中,交换性铝、单聚体羟基铝在3种林分中的含量不同,交换性铝的含量高低表现为木荷林>桤木林>闽粤栲林;单聚体羟基铝的含量高低则表现为闽粤栲林>木荷林>桤木林。土壤活性铝含量变化受根系环境和林分类型等因素的综合影响。The effects of different tree stands of Schima superba,Alnus formosana,and Castanopsis fissa on activated aluminum in acidic soils were evaluated in Jianyang District,Nanping City,Fujian Province,China.The contents of exchangeable aluminum,monomeric hydroxyl aluminum,acid soluble inorganic aluminum,and humic acid aluminum in rhizosphere and bulk soils of different stands were measured to compare the effects of different tree species on the content and proportion of activated aluminum in soil.The results showed that:compared with those in rhizosphere soils of S.superba and A.formosana,the contents of exchangeable aluminum in rhizosphere soils of C.fissa reduced by 54.48%and 38.93%,while those of monomeric hydroxyl aluminum increased by 47.43%and 32.56%,respectively.A.formosana had the highest content of acid-soluble inorganic aluminum in bulk soils among the three stands;in A.formosana stands,there were significant differences in the contents of hydroxyl aluminum,acid soluble inorganic aluminum,and humic acid aluminum between rhizosphere and bulk soils.There were also significant differences in exchange aluminum contents of S.superba stands and in acid-soluble inorganic aluminum contents of C.fissa stands,in rhizosphere and bulk soils;and the proportions of exchangeable aluminum and monomeric hydroxyl aluminum differed between the three stands,with the proportion of exchangeable aluminum content being in the order of S.superba>A.formosana>C.fissa,while that of monomeric hydroxyl aluminum content was in the order C.fissa>S.superba>A.formosana.Therefore,the contents of activated aluminum in soil were affected by the rhizosphere environment and tree stand types.
