摘　　要：在轨道交通建设过程中,车辆制造的质量控制是轨道交通建设项目中的重中之重,其中监理工程师在车辆制造过程中起着至关重要的作用。本文说明了在车辆制造过程中发现的问题,监理工程师对该问题进行了详细分析,并提出了解决问题的过程与方法,通过采取有效的措施和手段对存在的问题进行了解决和处理,总结了今后在车辆制造过程中对此类问题的预防措施,为提升车辆出厂合格率提供了借鉴和参考,充分发挥了设备监理的作用。In the process of rail transit construction,the quality control of vehicle manufacturing is the top priority of rail transit construction projects,and the supervision engineer plays a vital role in the process of vehicle manufacturing.This paper describes the problems found in the vehicle manufacturing process.The supervising engineer has analyzed the problems in detail,and proposed the process and methods to solve the problems.Through taking effective measures and means,the existing problems have been solved and dealt with.The preventive measures for such problems in the vehicle manufacturing process in the future are summarized,which can provide reference for improving the vehicle ex-factory qualification rate,and give full play to the role of equipment supervision.
