摘  要:风机专用轴承感官噪声是客户评价轴承综合质量的重要判定依据之一,成品轴承噪声大小受众多因素影响,在实际磨削加工过程中难以分辨其主要影响因素。本文通过了解客户反馈噪声过大的样品,分析测量内圈滚道壁厚差,找出影响噪声大的主要因素是滚道壁厚差,并加以控制在0.005 mm以内。经试验证明,可批量稳定达到客户感官标准,并给出了结论即“有82.4%的风机专用轴承感官噪声受内圈滚道壁厚差影响,且壁厚差≤0.005 mm,可显著降低风机专用轴承噪声”,对控制风机专用轴承的噪声具有一定的指导意义。Sensory noise of special bearings for fans is one of the important criteria for customers to judge the comprehensive quality of bearings.The noise level of finished bearings is affected by many factors,and it is difficult to identify the main influencing factors in the actual grinding process.Based on the samples fed back by customers with excessive noise,the wall thickness difference of inner race raceway is analyzed and measured to find out the main factor affecting the noise,and the wall thickness difference of raceway is controlled within 0.005 mm.The test proves that the batch can reach the customer’s sensory standard stably.The conclusion is given that 82.4%of the sensory noise of the special bearing for fan is affected by the wall thickness difference of the inner race raceway,and the wall thickness difference is not more than 0.005 mm,which can significantly reduce the noise of the special bearing for fan.It has better guiding significance to control the noise of special bearing for fan.
