摘　　要：本文介绍了水箱的使用情况和结构,主要探究了水箱的漏水原因,对造成漏水的原因进行分析,通过对腐蚀部位进行化学成分分析、拉伸测试、微观形貌表征发现,焊接方法不对、焊接参数选择不当、焊接完成后未及时去除内部应力是加速腐蚀及导致水箱漏水的重要原因,针对这些原因,制定了改进措施,提出了预防建议。This paper introduces the use and structure of the water tank,mainly probes into the causes of water leakage in the water tank,analyzes the causes of water leakage,and detects the corrosion parts through chemical composition,tensile test,and microscopic morphology.It is found that incorrect welding methods,improper selection of welding parameters,and failure to timely remove internal stress after welding are the important reasons for accelerated corrosion and water leakage in the water tank.Aiming at these reasons,the improvement measures are formulated and the prevention suggestions are put forward.
