摘  要:环丁砜溶剂在生产运行中的逐渐劣化造成芳烃抽提装置设备腐蚀严重、装置生产能力下降、环丁砜用量增加等问题。文章分析了阴离子树脂交换传统床和浅层床的优缺点,对浅层床高效离子交换技术净化环丁砜的工业应用进行跟踪、分析和优化,选用SP-2A阴离子树脂进行净化,环丁砜溶剂中Cl-质量分数和pH变化明显。环丁砜溶剂中的Cl-质量分数基本在5.0 mg/kg以内,pH长期保持在6.5以上,净化效果明显。The gradual deterioration of sulfolane solvent in production operation caused serious corrosion of aromatics extraction equipment,decreased production capacity and increased sulfolane consumption.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional anion resin exchange bed and shallow bed,and tracks,analyzes and optimizes the industrial application of the high efficiency ion exchange technology for the purification of sulfoxide in shallow bed.SP-2A anion resin is selected for purification,and the change of Cl-mass fraction and pH in sulfoxide solvent is obvious.The Cl-mass fraction in sulfoxide solvent is basically less than 5.0 mg/kg,and the pH is kept above 6.5 for a long time,which shows obvious purification effect.
