摘  要:本文指出虚拟现实技术在航海及轮机培训领域得到越来越广泛的应用。以船舶轮机中的重要组成部分——船用燃油辅锅炉为研究对象,针对目前船用燃油辅锅炉虚拟仿真系统大部分以二维形式呈现的不足之处,提出了基于Unity的三维船用燃油辅锅炉虚拟仿真系统解决方案。通过现场考察船用燃油辅锅炉,使用3ds Max进行三维建模,创建了辅锅炉控制面板、压力表、放残阀、排污阀、液位表及给水泵等相关设备的三维模型;在Unity中创建虚拟场景,导入三维模型,实现了船用燃油辅锅炉的虚拟仿真。该系统能够逼真地模拟船用燃油辅锅炉的实际运行情况,可作为虚拟培训平台对学生进行针对性训练。This paper points out that virtual reality technology is increasingly widely used in the fields of navigation and turbine training.Taking the important component of ship engines-marine oil-fired auxiliary boilers-as the research object,a solution based on Unity for a three-dimensional marine oil-fired auxiliary boiler virtual simulation system is proposed to address the shortcomings of the current virtual simulation system for marine oil-fired auxiliary boilers,which is mostly presented in two-dimensional form.By conducting on-site inspections of marine oil-fired fired auxiliary boilers and using 3ds Max for 3D modeling,3D models of the control panel,pressure gauge,residual valve,drain valve,liquid level gauge,feedwater pump and other related equipment of the auxiliary boiler are created;virtual scenes are created in Unity,and 3D models are imported to achieve virtual simulation of marine oil-fired auxiliary boilers.This system can realistically simulate the actual operation of marine oil-fired auxiliary boilers,and can serve as a virtual training platform for targeted training of students.
