摘　　要：报道一例大剂量甲氨蝶呤控制病情后使用常规剂量TNF-α抑制剂维持治疗的关节病型银屑病患者,维持治疗3年后躯干及双下肢发疹,加用IL-17拮抗剂,皮损消退后停用TNF-α抑制剂,IL-17拮抗剂维持治疗8周,皮疹完全消退,关节症状无复发。We reported a case of psoriatic arthritis using conventional dose of TNF-αinhibitor after controlling the disease with high dose methotrexate.After three years of maintenance therapy,the patient occurred skin lesions on the trunk and both lower limbs.The patient was treated with IL-17 inhibitor and TNF-αinhibitor until the lesion disappeared,IL-17 inhibitor monotherapy for 8 weeks,the lesions were completely subsided and no recurrence of joint symptoms.
