新冠疫苗接种后结节性类天疱疮一例

摘　　要：患者,男,68岁。躯干及四肢丘疹、结节伴瘙痒8个月。发病前3天患者注射第一剂新冠疫苗,注射第二剂后症状加重。结合组织病理、直接免疫荧光等检查,诊断为结节性类天疱疮。给予雷公藤多苷、米诺环素、硫唑嘌呤及强效糖皮质激素软膏等治疗3个月,病情逐渐好转。A 68-year-old male presented with papules,nodules and pruritus on his trunk and limbs for eight months.He developed these rashes three days after the first dose of inactivated COVID-19 vaccine injection,and symptoms worsened after the second injection.Combined with pathology and direct immunofluorescence,the diagnosis of pemphigoid nodularis was made.The patient was treated with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides,minocycline,azathioprine and topical corticosteroids for 3 months,and his condition gradually improved.
