类天疱疮样扁平苔藓一例

摘　　要：患者,男,60岁。躯干四肢褐色斑伴瘙痒1年。皮肤科查体:腹部、双手背及双下肢均可见散在黑褐色斑疹,边缘隆起于正常皮肤,右手小拇指可见指甲变薄、中央纵向隆起、纵向分裂。结合临床特点及组织病理,诊断为类天疱疮样扁平苔藓。患者经一个月治疗,皮损明显好转,瘙痒减轻。A 60-year-old male presented with brown spots on the trunk and limbs with itching for 1 year.Dermatology showed scattered dark brown macules on the backs of both hands and both lower extremities,the edges raised on the normal skin,and the fingernails of the right hand were thinned,central longitudinally raised,and longitudinally split.Combined with clinical and typical pathological,the diagnosis of lichen planus pemphigoid was made.After one month of treatment,the skin lesions of the patients were significantly improved and the itching was relieved.
