摘　　要：单克隆丙种球蛋白病是由B淋巴细胞或浆细胞的克隆性增殖产生单克隆蛋白的一组疾病,可侵犯全身多个器官,如心脏、肝肾脏、神经、皮肤改变等,且均属于少见类型疾病,早期诊断与及时干预治疗有助于病情的控制以及预后。而皮肤受累表现因缺乏特异性,易被忽视,本文就该病的皮肤表现做一综述,为临床医生诊疗提供线索及思路。Monoclonal gammopathy is a very rare disorder with the presence of excessive myeloma protein,caused by the aberrant clone of plasma cells or B cells.The disease has deleterious effects on the body,including the damage of liver,kidney or nerve systems and skin changes.The early diagnosis and timely treatment,thus,may contribute to the disease control and prognosis.However,the skin lesions in this disorder are lack of characteristics which can be easily neglected by doctors.Therefore,this paper reviews the skin manifestations of the disease to bring certain clues for clinicians to diagnose and treat.
