摘 要:为在设计时更准确把握屏蔽电机主泵推力轴承的使用效果,掌握不同几何和环境因素对推力轴承润滑性能的影响规律,对屏蔽电机主泵推力轴承的工况和结构进行分析,建立推力轴承润滑性能计算模型,在算法上对求解方法进行实现,并通过理论计算分析了径向偏支系数、瓦块数、润滑剂、供油温度以及轴线倾斜角度等几何和环境参数对主泵推力轴承润滑性能的影响.研究结果表明:径向偏支系数对最小油膜厚度、温升、功耗影响较大;采用6扇瓦块时的流量是8扇瓦块的1.73倍,采用8扇瓦块时的功耗是6扇瓦块的1.85倍;水润滑时的润滑性能值较油润滑时均有明显降低;改变供油温度,对推力轴承的润滑性能影响明显;轴线倾斜后,推力轴承的最小油膜厚度变小,温升增大,流量减小,功耗减小,其中最小油膜厚度减小的幅度较大;在设计时径向偏支系数的选取很重要,从降低轴承功耗的角度,采用6扇瓦块的结构比8扇瓦块有优势,采用水润滑可以大大降低轴承的温升和功耗.In order to more accurately grasp the use effect of the thrust bearing of the main pump of shielded motor during the design process,and understand the influence of different geometric and environmental factors on its lubrication performance,the working conditions and structure of the thrust bearing of the shielded motor main pump were established and the thrust bearing lubrication perfor-mance calculation model were analyzed,and its solution method was realized on algorithm.The influe-nce of geometrical and environmental parameters such as radial deflection coefficient,number of watts,lubricant,oil supply temperature,and axis inclination angle on the lubrication performance of the thrust bearing of the shielded motor main pump was analyzed through theoretical calculations.The research results show that the radial deflection coefficient has a greater impact on the minimum oil film thickness,temperature rise,and power consumption.The flow rate of 6 tiles is 1.73 times that of 8 tiles,and the power consumption of 8 tiles is 1.85 times that of 6 tiles.The lubrication performance value of the water lubrication is significantly lower than that of the oil lubrication.Changing the oil supply temperature has a significant impact on the lubrication performance of the thrust bearing.After the axis is tilted,the minimum oil film thickness of the thrust bearing decreases,temperature rise increases,the lubricant flow rate decreases,and the power consumption decreases.Therefore,the selection of radial deflection coefficient is very important in the design.From the perspective of reducing the power consumption of the bearing,the structure of 6 tiles has advantages over that of 8 tiles.The temperature rise and power consumption of the bearing can be greatly reduced by using water lubrication.
