摘 要:无坐力炮连续发射过程中药室段温度会持续升高,为探究在连续发射过程中药室段外壁的温升是否会对炮手造成影响,基于经典内弹道理论和一维轴对称热传导理论,利用LS-DYNA软件建立某无坐力炮药室段的有限元模型,计算得到了某无坐力炮单发和连发射击时药室段的温度分布规律,并通过实验测量验证了计算结果的准确性。结果表明在6发连续射击条件下药室段外壁的温升只会让炮手感到热,但不会有烧伤的影响。During the continuous firing process of recoilless gun,the temperature of chamber section will continue to rise.In order to explore whether the temperature rise of the outer wall of chamber section will affect the gunner during continuous firing,based on the classical interior ballistic theory and one-dimensional axis symmetric heat transfer theory,the finite element model of chamber section of a recoilless gun is established by using LS-DYNA software,the temperature distribution law of chamber section of a recoilless gun during single shot and continuous shots is calculated,and the accuracy of the calculation results is verified by experimental measurements.The results show that under the condition of six continuous shots,the temperature rise of the outer wall of chamber section will only make the gunner feel hot,but it will not have the burn effect.
