摘  要:针对桥面沥青铺装低温施工的问题,依托某黄河特大桥桥面沥青铺装施工工程,系统研究了不同施工环境因素对黄河特大桥桥面沥青铺装压实的影响,研究表明:气温、摊铺厚度与有效压实时间成正相关关系,风速与有效压实时间成负相关关系;并从沥青混合料级配设计和施工工艺方面提出低温施工条件下桥面沥青铺装质量保障技术,最终黄河特大桥桥面沥青铺装施工效果良好,各项检测指标均符合设计要求.In view of the problem of low temperature construction of bridge deck asphalt pavement,based on a bridge deck asphalt pavement construction project of a Yellow River Bridge,the influence of different construction environmental factors on the asphalt pavement compaction of the bridge deck of the Yellow River Bridge is systematically studied.The results showde that air temperature,paving thickness and effective compaction time are positively correlated,while wind speed and effective compaction time are negatively correlated.And from the asphalt misture gradation design and construction technology,the quality assurance technology of bridge deck asphalt pavement under low temperature construction conditions was proposed.Finally,the construction efect of asphalt pavement on the bridge deck of the Yellow River Bridge was good,and all detection indicators meet the design requirements.
