摘 要:为了制备具有良好电磁屏蔽性能的织物,以化学镀银的方式在涤棉织物表面构建银层,通过浸渍的方式将聚(3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩)聚(苯乙烯磺酸钠)(PEDOT∶PSS)负载到镀银涤棉织物表面,制备PEDOT∶PSS镀银涤棉织物,研究了镀银时间对PEDOT∶PSS镀银涤棉织物导电性能和电磁屏蔽性能的影响,对织物表面形貌、X射线衍射曲线、热重曲线等进行了测试与表征。结果表明:织物表面成功镀覆银层,检测到银元素,PEDOT∶PSS较均匀地负载在镀银织物表面;镀银时间为45 min时,X波段(8.2 GHz~12.4 GHz)电磁屏蔽效能达到21.9 dB,镀银时间为60 min时,电磁屏蔽效能为23.8 dB。认为:当镀银时间达到45 min及以上时,PEDOT∶PSS镀银涤棉织物具有良好的导电性能和电磁屏蔽性能。In order to prepare fabrics with good electromagnetic shielding properties,electroless silver plating on the surface of polyester cotton fabric were carried out to construct the silver layer.Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly(styrene siloxane)(PEDOT∶PSS)was loaded onto the surface of the fabric by impregnation to prepare the PEDOT∶PSS silver plating polyester cotton fabric.Effect of silver plating time on conductivity and electromagnetic shielding performance of PEDOT∶PSS silver plating polyester cotton fabrics was studied.Morphology,X-ray diffraction curve,hermogravimetric curve and so on of the fabrics were tested.Results showed that fabric surface was successfully coated with a silver layer.The presence of silver element was detected,and PEDOT∶PSS was loaded on fabric surface evenly.When the silver plating time was 45 min,the X-band(8.2 GHz~12.4 GHz)electromagnetic shielding efficiency was reached up to 21.9 dB.When the silver plating time was 60 min,the electromagnetic shielding efficiency was 23.8 dB.It is considered that PEDOT∶PSS silver plating polyester cotton fabric has good conductivity and electromagnetic shielding performance when silver plating time reaches 45 min and above.
