摘 要:为探究安全气囊用缝纫线性能,选用目前广泛使用的单股拉伸结构及多股加捻结构成品气囊缝纫线,对比分析了4种缝纫线的微观形貌、热学性能、拉伸断裂、打结弯曲以及耐磨性能。结果表明:经后整理工艺的缝纫线熔点均稳定在260℃左右;单股拉伸结构缝纫线的拉伸断裂强度均高于多股加捻结构缝纫线;缝纫线打结强度与其线密度有关,线密度小的缝纫线打结强度反而高;不同结构缝纫线的磨损形态不同,线密度大的多股加捻结构缝纫线耐磨性能优异。缝纫线性能直接影响气囊的安全等级。In order to investigate the property of sewing thread for airbag,the sewing thread for airbag with single strand stretching structure and multi-strand twisting structure which were widely used at present were selected.The micromorphology,thermal property,tensile breaking,knot bending and wear resistance of four kinds of sewing thread were compared and analyzed.The results showed that melting point of airbag threads after finishing process were stable at about 260℃.The tensile breaking strength of single strand airbag threads was higher than that of multi-stand twisting structure airbag threads.Knotting strength of airbag thread was related to their thread density,and knotting strength of airbag thread with smaller thread density was higher.Wear patterns of airbag thread with different structures were different,the multi-stand twisting structure structure sewing threads with higher thread density had better wear resistance.Sewing thread property affected the airbag safety level directly.
