摘 要:针对转杯纺发展过程中不断涌现出新产品开发难题、设备智能自动化转型升级困境等问题,基于现有研究成果,对当前转杯纺发展现状进行总结,主要包括成纱关键部件如转杯、分梳辊、喂给罗拉等机构更新及参数优化等对成纱质量的影响,并介绍了转杯纺成纱产品如纯纺纱、混纺纱及混色纱的开发现状;回顾了转杯纺设备升级换代的发展历程;重点阐述了转杯纺成纱过程中高速气流场运动的研究进展及纤维模型的构建,指出了转杯纺高速智能化发展中成纱质量优化的关键技术特点。认为:转杯纺纱器内气流和纤维运动的数值模拟研究可为转杯纺设备升级、产品开发和质量提升提供有力的理论基础和依据。In view of the problems such as new product development and intelligent equipment upgrading difficulties constantly emerging in the process of spinning,based on the existing research results,the current development status of rotor spinning was summarized,including the impact of key components such as rotor,combing roller,feeding roller and other mechanisms updating and parameter optimization on yarn quality.Development status of rotor yarn products such as pure rotor yarn,blended rotor yarn and blended color rotor yarn were introduced.Development process of rotor equipment upgrading was reviewed.Research progress of high-speed airflow field movement and construction of fiber model in rotor spinning process were emphatically described,the key technical characteristics of yarn quality optimization in rotor spinning high-speed intelligent development were pointed out.It is considered that the numerical simulation of air flow and fiber movement in rotor can provide a powerful theoretical basis for the rotor spinning equipment upgrading,product development and quality improvement.
