摘 要:为探索仓泵式气力输送罐体及引出管内小麦颗粒的流化特性,利用Solidwoks软件建立等比例发送装置三维模型,采用Fluent软件对输送压力为0.3 MPa时的发料过程进行模拟,并利用CFD-Post软件进行数据后处理。以引出管入口端面中心处为测量点,测得前0.4 s小麦颗粒平均湍流强度为0.24。发料过程中,引出管入口处的压力及颗粒速度分别下降17.1%和6.18%,出口处的压力及颗粒速度分别下降25.9%和6.1%;出口处的压力相对入口处下降97%,颗粒速度相对入口处增加17.3%。最后时刻入口处及出口处的气相速度分别增至26.12 m/s和20.13 m/s,整体发料过程颗粒平均湍流强度为0.11。研究为气力输送小麦流化设备的设计提供理论依据。In order to explore the fluidization characteristics of wheat particles in silo pump pneumatic conveying tank and extraction pipe,Solidwoks was used to establish a three-dimensional model of the transmission device with equal proportions.Fluent was used to simulate the feeding process when the conveying pressure was 0.3 MPa,and CFD-Post software was used for data post-processing.By taking the center of the end face of the inlet of the extraction pipe as the measuring point,the average turbulence intensity of wheat particles was 0.24 in the first 0.4 seconds.During the feeding process,the pressure and particle velocity at the inlet of the outlet pipe decrease by 17.1%and 6.18%respectively.The pressure and particle velocity at the outlet decreased by 25.9%and 6.1%respectively.The pressure at the outlet decreased by 97%relative to the inlet,while the particle velocity increased by 17.3%relative to the inlet.The final gas phase velocity at the inlet and outlet increased to 26.12 m/s and 20.13 m/s respectively,and the average turbulence intensity of particles in the whole feeding process was 0.11.This study provides a theoretical basis for the design of wheat fluidization equipment in the process of pneumatic conveying.
