摘　　要：20世纪70年代,我国图书馆国际交流是在“一条线”的外交战略下开展的:通过外国国家领导人访华开通文化交流渠道——通过驻华大使馆与北京图书馆加强联系、沟通信息——邀请国外图书馆代表团来访,我国派出代表团访问国外图书馆——邀请国外专家学者来讲学、作报告,不断加强国际出版物交流,翻译论著大力介绍国外图书馆发展状况。1979年,我国走上改革开放的发展道路后,图书馆国际交流开始全面展开。In the 1970s,the international exchange of Chinese libraries was carried out under the diplomatic strategy of“one line”:opening cultural communication channels through the visits of foreign leaders to China—strengthening contact and information communication with Beijing Library through the embassies in China—inviting foreign library delegations to visit China and sending delegations to visit foreign libraries—inviting foreign experts and scholars to give lectures and presentations,constantly strengthening the international exchange of publications and translating treatise vigorously to introduce foreign libraries development.In 1979,after the reform and opening-up policy was carried out,the international exchange of Chinese libraries has been in full swing.
