摘　　要：区块链技术是一种分布式、点对点的存储系统,具有去中心化、集体维护、难以篡改、可追溯、公开透明等特点。区块链在技术革新和产业变革中的运用价值越来越受到重视。美国是这一领域的领头羊,怀俄明州更是全美领跑者。该州在立法上采取了一系列措施,取得了亮眼成绩的同时也存在不少的问题。我国应借鉴其经验,加强区块链相关立法,以规范引导行业有序、科学、可持续发展。Blockchain is a novel application mode of computer technology that combines decentralization,communal maintenance,immutability,traceability,anonymity,and transparency with distributed data storage,point-to-point transmission,consensus procedures,and encryption algorithms.Various countries are increasingly interested in the significance of blockchain technology in technological innovation and economic change.In this field,the United States has seized the lead globally.Wyoming is well-known for being a forerunner in the blockchain industry's development and has taken many legislative measures.While achieving remarkable results,there are also many problems.China should reform blockchain related rules and regulations and guide the industry to develop in an orderly,scientific,and sustainable manner based on Wyoming’s experience.
