摘 要:针对古生物化石数字化建模过程中存在局部特征丢失、重构精度低、色彩还原性差等问题。以贵州龙化石为研究对象,采用非接触式激光三维扫描技术获取带纹理的点云数据,基于纹理映射的局部特征修复方法,讨论了不同特征线提取法对化石表面结构拟合精度的影响,构建了高精度、真实感三维数字模型,并采用基于白墨填充技术(White jet process, WJP)的全彩色3D打印技术对化石进行复制。研究结果表明:采用纹理映射特征修复结合探测轮廓线提取特征线进行曲面重构的方法能够精确的反映贵州龙化石的结构特征与纹理色彩,模型最大偏差为-0.019 1~0.020 0 mm。彩色3D打印技术制作的贵州龙化石模型表面光滑、结构精细、纹理色彩还原度高,能够克服传统化石复制方法与普通3D打印技术的不足,对古生物化石的研究、展示、复制提供了技术参考。To solve the problems of features losses,low reconstruction accuracy and poor color restoration in the process of digital modeling of paleontological fossils,this paper studied the digitalization of Keichousaurus fossil.The point cloud with textures of the fossil was collected by using non-contact laser 3D scanning technology.The local feature restoration method based on texture mapping was studied,and the influence of feature line extraction methods on the fitting accuracy of the fossil surface structure was discussed,then a high precision,realistic 3D digital model was constructed.A full-color 3D printing technology based on white jet process was used to replicate the fossil.The results show that the surface reconstruction method of texture mapping feature repair combined with detection contour extraction can accurately reflect the structural characteristics and texture color of Keichousaurus fossil,and the maximum deviation of the model is-0.0191~0.0200 mm.The replica of Keichousaurus fossil manufactured by color 3D printing technology has a smooth surface,fine structure and high color restoration,which can overcome the shortcomings of traditional fossil reproduction methods and ordinary 3D printing technology,and provide a technical reference for the research,display and reproduction of paleontological fossils.
