摘　　要：近年来,随着美丽乡村建设任务的开展,农村地区迎来了全新的发展可能,摆脱了以往的发展道路。住宅建筑是农村地区内的关键构成要素,其设计、布局都影响着农村面貌,为适应农村现代化发展趋势,住宅建设设计应引入全新的设计理念与方法。一些农村住宅建筑虽有了现代化色彩,但总体上还存在一些问题,影响了新农村建设进程。基于此,本文重点研究了新农村住宅建筑的设计要点,对相关工作具有指导与借鉴意义。In recent years,with the development of the construction task of beautiful countryside,the rural areas have ushered in a new development possibility,and got rid of the previous development path.Residential building is a key component in rural areas,and its design and layout affect the rural landscape.In order to adapt to the development trend of rural modernization,residential construction design should introduce new design concepts and methods.Although some rural residential buildings have a modern color,there are still some problems on the whole,which affect the process of new rural construction.Based on this condition,this paper focuses on the design points of new rural residential buildings,which has guiding and reference significance for the related work.
