摘  要:聚酯树脂在生产过程中会产出大约20000mg/L的酯化废水(COD),这部分酯化废水带有特定臭味,臭味的主要来源为1,3-Dioxane的衍生物,在废水被排放到废水处理厂之前,必须去除它们,否则会影响后续废水生化降解过程。本文结合PET生产的应用,以挥发性有机物和水的混合物的形式蒸发,通过汽提塔有效去除Dioxane有机物,再以焚烧的方式处理有机低沸物,从而达到降低COD和去除臭味的目的;此外,还探讨了汽提分离技术在聚酯废水处理中的应用,实践表明,利用汽提分离技术可以有效降低COD及减少臭味源。Polyester resin produces about 20000 mg/L esterified wastewater(COD)during the production process,this part of esterified wastewater has a specific odor,and the main source of odor is 1,3-Dioxane derivatives.Before the wastewater is discharged to the wastewater treatment plant,they must be removed,otherwise it will affect the subsequent wastewater biochemical degradation process.In this paper,combined with the application of PET production,through evaporation in the form of a mixture of volatile organic compounds and water,the Dioxane organic matter is effectively removed by stripper,and then the organic low boiling matter is treated by incineration,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing COD and removing odor;In addition,the application of steam stripping separation technology in polyester wastewater treatment is also discussed,and the practice shows that the use of steam stripping separation technology can effectively reduce COD and reduce odor sources.
