摘 要:随着我国电力市场改革的深化以及风电并网容量的攀升,电力市场交易背景下的风电消纳问题亟需解决。针对“三北”地区电力资源特点,从荷-源消纳角度建立发用电双边市场交易模式,并设计“三北”地区热负荷参与风电消纳的日前市场交易机制。定性分析“三北”地区热负荷参与风电消纳的机理,建立日前“现货+调峰”市场出清模式;建立衔接日前市场的中长期实物合同分解机制;设计热负荷参与风电消纳的日前“现货+调峰”市场出清机制。基于甘肃某区域电网进行仿真,结果表明:所提合同分解机制可降低日前市场波动风险,且具有信息披露作用,与日前“现货+调峰”市场机制有良好的协调性;所提日前市场机制可有效消纳风电,提高热负荷收益,且在一定相关因素波动范围内具有较好的适应性。Along with the deepening of electricity market reform in China and the rise of integration capacity of wind power,the problem of wind power consumption under the background of electricity market trading is urgently to be solved.Aiming at the characteristics of power resources in“Three North”Regions,a bila-teral market trading mode for power generation and consumption is established from the perspective of load-source consumption,and a day-ahead market trading mechanism for the thermal load in“Three North”Regions participating in wind power consumption is designed.The mechanism of thermal load participating in wind power consumption in“Three North”Regions is qualitatively analyzed,and a day-head“spot+peak shaving”market clearing mode is established.A medium-and long-term physical contract decomposition mechanism connecting the day-ahead market is established.A day-head“spot+peak shaving”market clea-ring mechanism for thermal load participating in wind power consumption is designed.The simulation is carried out based on a regional power grid in Gansu,and the results show that the proposed contract de⁃composition mechanism can reduce the risk of day-ahead market fluctuation,has the function of information disclosure,and has good coordination with the day-ahead“spot+peak shaving”market mechanism,the pro⁃posed day-ahead market mechanism can effectively absorb wind power and improve the income of thermal load,and has good adaptability within the fluctuation range of certain relevant factors.
