摘  要:针对售电公司在不完全成熟市场中的竞争力提升路径不够明确的问题,提出一种计及不同类型用户需求的售电公司竞争力提升策略。构建售电公司投资规划、市场运营、设备运行一体化框架。在投资规划部分,对风光储进行年序容量投资部署;在市场运营部分,综合考虑售电公司购电决策、普通服务和定制服务套餐设计、用户需求响应和用户用电选择行为;在设备运行部分,决策储能的出力时序曲线。建立售电公司投资、运营、运行一体化竞争力决策优化模型。仿真结果表明,所提策略可综合反映投资规划、市场运营、设备运行要素对售电公司竞争力的影响。Aiming at the problem that the competitiveness improving path of electricity retailer in the incom⁃plete mature market is not clear enough,a competitiveness improving strategy for electricity retailer is pro⁃posed considering the needs of different types of users.A framework for electricity retailer integrating with investment planning,marketing and device operation is built.In the investment planning part,the annual sequential capacity investment arrange for photovoltaic,wind turbine and energy storage is carried out.In the marketing part,the electricity purchasing decision-making of electricity retailer,the design of ordinary service package and customized service package,the demand response of users and the electricity consump⁃tion choice behavior of users are comprehensively considered.In the device operation part,the output time sequence curve of energy storage is decided.A competitiveness decision-making optimization model for elec⁃tricity retailer integrating with investment,marketing and operation is established.The simulative results show that the proposed strategy can comprehensively reflect the influence of investment planning,marketing and device operation on the competitiveness of electricity retailer.
