摘 要:分别以乙腈(AN)、碳酸丙烯酯(PC)、γ-丁内酯(GBL)和环丁砜(SL)为电解液溶剂,N,N-二甲基吡咯烷四氟硼酸盐(DMP BF4)为电解液溶质,日本可乐丽YP50活性炭为活性物质,研究了不同电解液溶剂对双电层电容器容量、内阻、电压保持能力、低温特性、高温老化特性等性能的影响。结果表明,电解液溶剂对双电层电容器的内阻、低温特性和高温老化特性有重要影响,和双电层电容器的电压保持能力相关性不大。AN电解液具有良好的内阻特性、低温特性,耐电压在2.7 V左右;PC和GBL电解液由于较低的电导率和较高的粘度,制备的双电层电容器内阻较大,低温性能较差,耐电压低于2.7 V;SL电解液具有良好的耐电压特性,达到3.0 V以上,但缺点是内阻较大,低温性能较差。Acetonitrile(AN),propylene carbonate(PC),γ-butyrolactone(GBL)and sulfolane(SL)were used as electrolyte solvents,and N,N-dimethyl pyrrolidine tetrafluoroborate(DMP BF4)was used as electrolyte solute,Japanese Kuraray YP50 activated carbon was used as the active substance,and the effects of different electrolyte solvents on the capacitance,internal resistance,voltage holding ability,low temperature performance,high temperature aging characteristics of the electric double layer capacitor were studied.The results show that the electrolyte solvent has an important influence on the internal resistance,low temperature characteristics and high temperature aging characteristics of the electric double layer capacitor and has little correlation with the voltage holding capacity.AN electrolyte has good internal resistance and low-temperature characteristics,and the withstand voltage is about 2.7 V;PC and GBL electrolytes have relatively high internal resistance and low-temperature performance due to their low conductivity and high viscosity,the withstand voltage is lower than 2.7 V;SL electrolyte has good withstand voltage characteristics,reaching above 3.0 V,but the disadvantage is that the internal resistance is large and the low temperature performance is poor.
