摘  要:高放废液玻璃固化供料系统的稳定对于玻璃固化体产品质量控制有重要影响。正在运行的VPC项目的供料系统采用一级真空辅助空提,但其输送速率受浸没度影响较大。在此基础上,R项目110子项供料系统改进为二级真空辅助空提。本文对VPC项目供料系统在调试中出现的问题进行了分析。对110子项的二级真空辅助空提供料系统进行了介绍。并对以水为输送介质的二级真空辅助空提试验结果进行了分析。The stability of feeding system in HLLW vitrification has a strong influence on the quality control of the waste glass.The feeding system in VPC plant which is in service transfer waste liquid via one-stage vacuum support airlift.But there was something wrong during the commissioning.So the feeding system in 110 project is modified to two-stage vacuum support.In this article,the problem in VPC plant feeding system during commissioning was analyzed.The two-stage in 110 project is modified to two-stage vacuum support.In this article,the problem in VPC plant feeding system during commissioning was analyzed.The two-stage vacuum support airlift in 110 project feeding system was introduced.And the experimental data in the two-stage airlift experiment transferring water was analyzed.
