摘 要:井下作业人员的工作环境为高温高湿热环境,在这种热环境下长时间工作人员容易出现严重的热应激反应,本文采用高密度聚乙烯蓄冰板作为应急冷源对临时避难硐室内出现热应激的作业人员进行降温,并运用FLUENT对不同厚度及不同初始温度的蓄冰板的释冷效果进行数值模拟分析,确定了最佳的释冷厚度。FLUENT模拟结果显示:聚乙烯蓄冰板的厚度不同时,其释冷效果相差很大,50 mm厚的蓄冰板有效释冷时间最长,对人体的降温效果也最好;当蓄冰板厚度变薄时,有效释冷时间随之缩短,释冷时能达到的人体表面温度的最低温度也随之升高;不同初始温度对蓄冰板的释冷效果影响不大,所以考虑节能选取初始温度为-10℃的冰板作为冷源。蓄冰板释冷过程中人体表面平均温度和空气温度变化均分为三个阶段,且具有相同趋势。综合考虑有效释冷时间及节能两方面,选取40 mm厚的蓄冰板作为临时避难硐室内的冷源进行释冷。The working environment of underground operators is high temperature and humid heat environment,in which workers for a long time are prone to severe heat stress reaction.In this paper,high-density polyethylene ice storage plate is used as emergency cold source to cool down the operators with heat stress in the temporary refuge room.FLUENT was used to numerically simulate and analyze the cooling release effect of ice storage plates with different thickness and different initial temperature,and the optimal cooling release thickness was determined.FLUENT simulation results show that:the thickness of polyethylene ice storage plate is different,its cooling effect is very different.The 50mm thick ice storage plate has the longest effective cooling release time and the best cooling effect on human body.When the thickness of the ice storage plate becomes thinner,the effective cooling release time is shortened and the minimum temperature of the human surface temperature is increased.Different initial temperatures have little influence on the cooling release effect of the ice storage plate,so the ice plate with an initial temperature of-10℃is selected as the cold source in consideration of energy saving.The average surface temperature and air temperature of human body are divided into three stages during the cooling process of the ice storage plate,and have the same trend.Considering the effective cooling release time and energy saving comprehensively,a 40mm thick ice storage plate is selected as the indoor cold source for temporary refuge.
