摘  要:目的:利用斑马鱼模型对补骨脂酚在化妆品领域进行功效评价。方法:以2 dpf转基因中性粒细胞绿色荧光品系斑马鱼进行抗炎功效评价。以6 dpf野生型AB品系斑马鱼进行美白功效评价。以4 dpf野生型AB品系斑马鱼进行促进I型胶原蛋白合成功效评价。结果:样品组斑马鱼的中性粒细胞数量明显减少,补骨脂酚的抗炎功效为56%(p<0.01)。样品组斑马鱼头部黑色素含量明显减小,补骨脂酚的黑色素抑制率为29%(p<0.001)。样品组斑马鱼col1a1b基因相对表达量明显增加,补骨脂酚的col1a1b相对表达量为1.89(p<0.01)。结论:补骨脂酚具有抗炎、美白、促进I型胶原蛋白合成的功效,是一种极具潜力的化妆品活性成分。Objective:The efficacy of bakuchiol in cosmetics is evaluated by using zebrafish model.Methods:Using 2 dpf Transgenic neutrophil green fluorescent strain zebrafish to evaluate the anti-inflammatory efficacy.Using 6 dpf wild-type AB strain zebrafish to evaluate the skin whitening efficacy.Using 4 dpf wild-type AB strain zebrafish to evaluate the efficacy of collagen type I synthesis promotion.Results:The number of neutrophils in zebrafish significantly decreased in the sample group,and the anti-inflammatory efficacy of bakuchiol was 56%(p<0.01).The content of melanin in the head of zebrafish significantly decreased in the sample group,and the melanin inhibition of bakuchiol was 29%(p<0.001).The relative expression of col1a1b gene in zebrafish significantly increased in the sample group,and bakuchiol’s col1a1b gene relative expression was 1.89(p<0.01).Conclusion:Bakuchiol,a potential active ingredient in cosmetics,has anti-inflammatory,skin whitening and collagen type I synthesis promotion efficacy.
