摘 要:锂离子电池锡负极材料具有高理论比容量以及安全性好等优点,是取代石墨负极的较为理想材料。但锡负极材料在充放电过程中具有巨大体积膨胀,导致容量快速下降,影响着锡负极的发展和应用。综述了近年来国内外对锂离子电池锡基负极材料的研究进展和改性方法,并探讨了其优缺点,合金化、氧化、硫化、硒化,不同维度的纳米或微米级形貌结构设计改性,以及与其他具有良好导电性、延展性或化学稳定性材料复合改性等,可以很好地改善锂离子电池锡负极材料的电化学性能。Tin anode material for lithium ion batteries has the advantages of high theoretical specific capacity and good safety,and is an ideal material to replace graphite anode.However,tin anode material has a huge volume expansion in the process of charging and discharging,resulting in a rapid decline in capacity,which affects the development and application of tin anode.The research progress and modification methods of tin based anode materials for lithium ion batteries at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed,and their advantages and disadvantages were discussed,such as alloying,oxidation,sulfurization,selenidation,design and modification of nano or micro scale morphologies with different dimensions,and composite modification with other materials with good conductivity,ductility or chemical stability,which could improve the electrochemical performance of tin based anode materials for lithium ion batteries.
