摘　　要：手参作为藏蒙地区的传统民族药物,具有很高的药用价值,其化学成分及药理作用引起研究人员的广泛关注。本文系统综述了手参的化学成分、特征性成分测定、临床应用与药理活性和植物育种四个方面的研究进展,希望为药材活性物质的深入研究、药用价值的提升及其综合开发利用提供科学依据。Gymnadenia conopsea(L.)R.Br.is one of the traditional ethnomedicine medicines in Tibetan and Mongolian areas with high medicinal value and has widely attracted researcher’s interest.In this paper,the research progress of the chemical composition,determination of characteristic components,clinical application,pharmacological activity and plant breeding of G.conopsea were reviewed,hoping to provide an effective theoretical basis for the further research of bio-active compounds,elevation of medicinal value and integrated utilization of this drug.
