摘　　要：介绍在某大型煤制烯烃厂检修后,循环水重新开工时,对整个系统进行短时间的带热负荷化学清洗和预膜钝化,并且节约水耗的成功应用经验。Nalco Water success applied the online cleaning and passivation with heat load for the MTO plant cooling water system after they turnaround restart-up,the whole operation within one week,both the operation process control and the passivation result have been recognized and saved the total water consumption at the same time.
