摘 要:以西北某钽铌湿法冶金氨氮废水氨回收技改工程为例,本文从企业现有问题、废水特点、工艺流程、设计选型及运行成本等方面阐述了“调碱除氟+脱钙降硬+氨水回收”的冶金氨氮废水综合处理工艺。通过采用石灰调碱除氟、Na2CO3脱钙降硬、汽提精馏法回收氨水,企业的出水水质优于《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)标准限值,其中氨氮≤15 mg/L,并得到了有益的副产物氨水。工程环境效益显著,扣减收益后,运行费用为18.64元/m3。本技改设计提供的一种氨氮废水处置工程方案,是全厂废水资源化的重要组成,可有效避免氨氮逃逸,降低环境污染。Taking the ammonia recovery project of tantalum and niobium hydrometallurgical ammonia nitrogen wastewater in northwest China as an example,this paper expounds the treatment process of metallurgical ammonia nitrogen wastewater of“regulating alkali defluorination,decalcification,ammonia water recovery”from the existing problems of enterprises,wastewater characteristics,process,design and selection and operation costs.The project used lime to control alkalinity and defluorination,Na2CO3 to remove calcium hardness,stripping distillation method to recover ammonia for water.The effluent quality of enterprise was better than standard of the integrated wastewater discharge standard,in which ammonia nitrogen is less than 15 mg/L,and the beneficial by-product of ammonia water is obtained.The project had significant environmental benefits.The operating cost is 18.64 yuan/m3 after deducting income.The ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment project is an important component of the whole plant wastewater recycling.This technology can effectively avoid ammonia nitrogen escape and reduce environmental pollution.
