摘  要:独立应用林格曼黑度这一评价项目开展柴油车污染物排放超标判定,是提高遥感监测数据应用率的一个可行方案,对推进我国移动源污染治理精准化具有重要意义。由于林格曼黑度和不透光度的评价对象具有相似性,实践中有一种关切,希望能够更清晰的了解遥感监测中林格曼黑度和不透光度评价项目是否相关。通过原理分析、过程比较等方法,从检测原理、评价对象、数值特征等方面进行分析,可以明确,在柴油车污染物遥感监测中,林格曼黑度、不透光度两个项目的数值相互独立,不具有数学上的相关性。The independent application of the Ringelmann Emittance evaluation to determine the excessive emission of pollutants from diesel vehicles is a feasible scheme to improve the application rate of remote sensing monitoring data,which is of great significance to promote the precision of mobile source pollution control in China.Due to the similarity of the evaluation objects of Ringelmann Emittance and Gas Opacity,there is a concern that whether the evaluation items of Ringelmann Emittance and Gas Opacity are related in remote sensing monitoring.From the three aspects of evaluation object,detection principle and numerical characteristics,through the method of principle analysis and process comparison,it can be clear that in the remote sensing monitoring of diesel vehicle pollutants,Ringelmann Emittance and Gas Opacity are independent and have no data correlation.
