摘 要:燃料棒包壳管在堆内高温、高辐照环境中会发生氧化,在表面形成氧化膜。氧化膜会降低燃料组件的热交换能力,加快燃料棒腐蚀速度,使燃料性能恶化,是影响反应堆安全运行的重要因素。针对高燃耗M5锆合金燃料棒辐照后检验在国内罕见相关报道的现状,开展国产商用压水堆燃料棒辐照性能研究,对改善和提高国产燃料元件的自主化水平具有重要意义。该文用涡流检测和金相检查两种方法对M5锆合金包壳的燃料棒进行了氧化膜厚度测量,并对测量结果进行比较,涡流检测方法结果准确。利用涡流的方法测量氧化膜能方便、准确地获取燃料棒全长范围的氧化膜厚度分布情况,该方法操作简单,测量效率高,为金相检查氧化膜的测量提供依据。适于燃料棒氧化膜轴向厚度分布的测量。The fuel rod cladding tube will oxidize in the high-temperature and high-radiation environment in the reactor and form an oxide film on the surface.The oxide film will reduce the heat exchange capacity of the fuel assembly,accelerate the corrosion rate of fuel rods,and worsen the fuel performance,which is an important factor affecting the safe operation of the reactor.In view of the rare reports of post-irradiation examination of the high burn-up M5 zirconium alloy fuel rod in China,the research on the irradiation performance of the domestic commercial pressurized water reactor fuel rod is carried out,which is of great significance to improve and enhance the autonomy level of domestic fuel elements.This paper uses the two methods of the eddy-current testing and the metallographic examination to measure the oxide film thickness of the M5 zirconium alloy fuel rod,compares the measurement results,and the result of the eddy-current testing is accurate.The eddy-current method is used to measure the oxide film,which can conveniently and accurately to obtain the thickness distribution of the oxide film in the full length range of the fuel rod.This method is simple to operate and has high measurement efficiency,and provides a basis for the measurement of the oxide film in metallographic examination,which is suitable for measuring the axial thickness distribution of the oxide film of the fuel rod.
