摘　　要：随着智慧校园的发展需要,高校图书馆应不断进行智慧化实践探索,改变传统单一的服务模式,更好地提供现代化管理服务。该文分析了智慧图书馆的特点,总结了智慧图书馆的研究现状,指出了新时期智慧图书馆建设面临的主要问题,并提出高校馆员要为教学工作提供智慧服务、要为科研提供智慧服务。为了提供好智慧服务,高校馆员需要具备科学的学习组织能力和学习型组织的研究能力,馆员需要定期开展、组织理论学习以及建立系统的培训体系,并营造支持组织学习的馆内文化,为图书馆更好地开展文化服务提供参考。With the development need of smart campuses,university libraries should continue to carry out smart practice and exploration,change the traditional single service mode,so as to better provide modern management services.This paper analyzes the characteristics of smart libraries,summarizes the research status of smart libraries,points out the main problems faced by the construction of smart libraries in the new era,and proposes that university librarians should provide smart services for teaching and scientific research.In order to provide smart services well,university librarians need to have scientific learning organization ability of learning-based organization research ability,librarians need to regularly carry out organizational theory learning and establish a systematic training system,and create the library culture supporting organizational learning,so as to provide reference for libraries to better carry out culture services.
