补脾消溃方治疗溃疡性结肠炎脾虚湿盛证的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补脾消溃方治疗溃疡性结肠炎脾虚湿盛证的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法:将60例溃疡性结肠炎脾虚湿盛证患者随机分为2组,每组30例。观察组给予补脾消溃方口服治疗,对照组给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服治疗,治疗4周后观察2组患者腹泻、腹胀、腹痛、黏液便、脓血便、里急后重等临床症状改善情况及血清IL-6、IL-10及TNF-α的变化。结果:观察组患者各项临床症状评分减少均明显于对照组(P<0.05);血清IL-6及TNF-α降低,IL-10升高,且优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补脾消溃方治疗溃疡性结肠炎脾虚湿盛证具有较好的临床疗效,能有效改善患者的临床症状,并可通过调节血清IL-6、IL-10及TNF-α水平缓解肠道炎症反应。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Bupi Xiaokui Decoction in treating ulcerative colitis with spleen deficiency and excessive dampness syndrome and explore its mechanism.Methods:60 patients with ulcerative colitis of spleen deficiency and excessive dampness syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Bupi Xiaokui Decoction;the control group was given Mesalazine enteric-coated tablets.After 4 weeks of treatment,the improvement of clinical symptoms such as diarrhea,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,mucus stool,pus and blood stool,tenesmus and the changes of serum IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-αwere observed in the two groups.Results:The reduction of all clinical symptom scores of patients in the observation group was more significant than those of the control group(P<0.05);serum IL-6 and TNF-αlevels were decreased,IL-10 was increased,the effects were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bupi Xiaokui Decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of ulcerative colitis with spleen deficiency and excessive dampness syndrome.It can effectively improve the symptoms and alleviate the patient’s intestinal inflammation by reducing the levels of serum IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α.
