桃红四物汤联合大株红景天注射液对冠心病心绞痛患者心功能、血液流变学、炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究桃红四物汤联合大株红景天注射液对冠心病心绞痛患者心功能、血液流变学和炎性因子的影响。方法:选取70例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,两组各35例;对照组应用大株红景天注射液治疗,观察组应用桃红四物汤+大株红景天注射液联合治疗,疗程2周;观察两组患者治疗前后心功能、中医症状评分、炎症因子、血液流变学及心绞痛发作情况,统计两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后两组患者的LVEF水平均高于治疗前,LVESV、LVEDV、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、人可溶性细胞间黏附分子1(sICAM-1)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平、中医症状各项评分均低于治疗前,且观察组LVEF水平高于对照组,LVESV、LVEDV、hs-CRP、sICAM-1、IL-6水平、各项症状评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原均低于治疗前,且观察组全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桃红四物汤联合大株红景天注射液在冠心病心绞痛患者治疗中效果较显著,可改善心功能和血液流变学指标,减轻炎性反应,安全性较高。Objective:To study the effects of Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with Rhodiola Wallichiana Injection on cardiac function,hemorhelogy and inflammatory factors in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 70 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 35 patients in each,and the control group was treated with Rhodiola Wallichiana Injection,the observation group was treated with Taohong Siwu Decoction+Rhodiola Wallichiana Injection,and the cardiac function,symptoms score,inflammatory factors,hemorhelogy,and angina pectoris were observed in the two groups.The adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:LVEF after treatment in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the levels of LVESV,LVEDV,hs-CRP,sICAM-1,IL-6,symptoms scores were lower than those before treatment,and the LVEF of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,LVESV,LVEDV,hs-CRP,sICAM-1,IL-6 levels,and symptoms scores were lower than those in the control group,there were statistical differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with Rhodiola Wallichiana Injection has a prominent effect in the treatment of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,that can improve cardiac function and hemorhelogy,inhibit inflammatory reaction.
