摘 要:面对我国日益剧增的废旧轮胎,将废旧轮胎转化为胶粉可以成为解决废旧轮胎的有效途径之一,帮助社会消除黑色污染。本文针对废旧轮胎形成的原因,探究目前废旧轮胎处理面临的难题存在:生产胶粉技术不完善、企业生产轮胎技术有待提高、社会轮胎回收利用意识淡薄、轮胎回收渠道不健全、政府对回收轮胎不重视,提出现有胶粉利用途径有制作填充料、用于路面地基、生成各种塑性片材、动态脱硫、裂解产气,帮助建立健全废旧轮胎处理产业链的形成,实现废旧轮胎处理和再生胶粉应用共赢。In the face of the increasing number of waste tires in China,converting waste tires into rubber powder can become one of the effective ways to solve the problem of waste tires and eliminate black pollution.In view of the reasons for the formation of waste tires,this paper probes into the problems faced by the current waste tire disposal,as follows:the production technology of rubber powder is not perfect,the enterprise tire production technology needs to be improved,the social awareness of tire recycling is weak,the tire recycling channel is not sound,and the government does not pay attention to the recycling of tires.We propose existing ways to use rubber powder,such as making fillers for pavement foundation,generating various plastic sheets,dynamic desulfurization,pyrolysis and gas production,to help establish the industrial chain of waste tire treatment,and to achieve a win-win situation of waste tire treatment and renewable rubber powder application.
