摘  要:研究了使用硅烷偶联剂KH-550高搅改性的炭黑-石墨烯填料对以天然胶为主体的胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明,经改性后的炭黑-石墨烯填料的分布宽度变大,团聚效果减弱;改性后的硫化胶拥有更高的拉伸强度,拉断伸长率,疲劳生热性能也得到改善,混炼胶的Payne效应降低,损耗因子变小;随石墨烯用量的增加整体的性能变差,添加1份时,填料的分散性最好,Payne效应最小,疲劳生热最低,综合性能最好。The effect of carbon black-graphene filler modified by silane coupling agent KH-550 with high agitation on the properties of tread compound based on natural rubber was studied.The results showed that the distribution width of the modified carbon black-graphene filler increased and the agglomeration effect weakened;The modified vulcanizate has higher tensile strength,elongation at break,and improved fatigue heat generation performance.The Payne effect of the compound is reduced,and the loss factor is reduced;With the increase of the amount of graphene,the overall performance becomes worse.When adding 1 phr,the dispersion of the filler is the best,the Payne effect is the smallest,the fatigue heat generation is the lowest,and the comprehensive performance is the best.
