摘　　要：中心机构装置,又称胶囊操纵装置,是硫化机最重要的组成部套之一,又被称之为硫化机的“心脏”,其功能作用为:根据工艺要求,对胶囊进行操作控制,胎坯装入时将胶囊装进胎坯内并对胎坯进行定型,硫化完成后,从轮胎中抽出胶囊,使轮胎顺利脱模。适用于两半模模具和活络模模具的生产。The central mechanism,also known as the capsule control device,is one of the most important components of the curing press,also known as the"heart"of the curing press.Its function is to control the operation of the capsule according to the process requirements, put the capsule into the raw tire and shape it. After vulcanization, extract the capsule from the tire to make the tire demould smoothly. It is applicable to the production of two-half mold and flexible mold.
