摘　　要：现如今,橡胶领域对弹性体基胶料的性能和一致性的需求正在迅速增长。为了消除尺寸大于筛网尺寸的“颗粒”,通常需要对混炼胶料进行“过滤”。本文介绍了一种新型的的平行双螺杆挤出机-Filtex110,同时提出了一种紧密啮合弹性体胶料过滤新技术。工业结果表明,无论是冷喂料还是热喂料工艺,Filtex110在产量、温度控制和清洁方面都有很好的表现,克服了现有技术的大部分缺点,值得推广。At present,the demand for the performance and consistency of elastomer-based compounds in the rubber industry is growing rapidly.In order to eliminate the"particles"whose size is larger than the screen size,it is usually necessary to"filter"the rubber mixture.This paper introduces a new type of parallel twin-screw extruder—Filtex 110,and puts forward a new technology of closely intermeshing elastomer rubber filtration.The industrial results show that Filtex 110 has a good performance in terms of production,temperature control and cleaning,regardless of the cold feeding or hot feeding process,which overcomes most of the shortcomings of the existing technology and is worthy of promotion.
