摘 要:在轮胎生产企业中,硫化是比较关键的工艺步骤,基于目前,制造轮胎的企业中,硫化的介质均采用氮气或蒸汽,介质的在外温管道传输过程中采用金属软管进行连接的占大多数。同时伴随着金属软管的老化,经常出现硫化介质的泄露,产生不必要的浪费和安全隐患出现,针对这一问题,基于硫化机的基础数值的导入可限元分析进行模拟构件的导热性能,密封性能,运动副元素的干涉,使用寿命及维修的可拆换性等分析的仿真结果,得出二副构件在平板硫化机外温管道的运用。In tire manufacturing enterprises,vulcanization is a key process step.At present,nitrogen or steam is used as the vulcanizing medium in the tire production enterprises,and the medium is connected by metal hoses during the transmission process in external temperature pipes.At the same time,with the aging of metal hoses,the leakage of vulcanization media often occurs,resulting in unnecessary waste and potential safety hazards.To solve this problem,the basic numerical value of the curing press is introduced into the finite element analysis for simulation,and the simulation results of the thermal conductivity,sealing performance,interference effect of the movement sub elements,service life,maintenance performance,etc.of the components are obtained.Finally,the application effect of the secondary components in the external temperature pipe of the plate curing press can be obtained.
