摘  要:内衬层生产线上的修边装置可以根据内衬层规格调节左右裁刀之间的宽度,从而裁切出宽度符合中心线左右对称的胶片。实际生产过程中,修边装置中左右裁刀位置调节主要依靠员工反复测量胶片宽度后手动设置,在速度响应、质量保证等方面无法满足制品要求。为此,公司联合E+L共同设计了自动修边装置,利用工业相机及视觉检测技术,检测出胶片中心线位置,进而计算出左右胶片宽度,并自动控制修边装置左右裁刀位置,实现自动修边,装置应用后获得了良好的经济效益。The trimming device on the liner layer production line can adjust the width between the left and right cutters according to the liner layer specifications,thus cutting the rubber sheet symmetrical to the left and right of the center line.In the actual production process,the position adjustment of the left and right cutters in the trimming device mainly depends on the manual setting after the employees repeatedly measure the rubber sheet width,which cannot meet the product requirements in terms of speed response,quality assurance,etc.For this reason,the company has jointly designed an automatic trimming device with E+L,which uses industrial camera and visual detection technology to detect the rubber sheet centerline position,then calculate the left and right rubber sheet width,and automatically control the position of the left and right cutters of the trimming device to achieve automatic trimming.Good economic benefits have been obtained after the application of the device.
