摘  要:为解决传统钻孔设计过程中存在钻孔设计周期长、设计效率较低、易出现人为失误等问题,采用Python语言对AutoCAD进行二次开发,对钻孔智能设计方法及自动化绘图方法进行研究,以煤层相关参数为输入数据,以钻孔的空间位置参数和钻孔布置图为输出结果,对钻孔进行智能化设计。研究结果表明:该系统可以显著提高钻孔设计的速度及准确度,系统在鹤煤八矿进行抽采钻孔智能设计的实际应用,验证系统的设计效果;系统可快速并且较准确地进行瓦斯抽采穿层钻孔的智能设计,极大程度减少瓦斯抽采空白带区域的面积,提升煤矿企业瓦斯抽采工程设计效率。In order to solve the problems of long borehole design cycle,low design efficiency and human error in the traditional borehole design process,we use Python language to secondary develop AutoCAD to study the intelligent design method of borehole and automatic drawing method,using the relevant parameters of coal seam as input data and the spatial position parameters of borehole and borehole layout map as output results to carry out intelligent design of borehole.The results of the study show that the system can significantly improve the design of the borehole.The results of the study show that the system can significantly improve the speed and accuracy of the borehole design.The application of the system to the extraction borehole design at Heccoal Mine 8 has proven the effectiveness of the system.The results of the study show that the intelligent design of gas extraction boreholes can be carried out quickly and accurately,greatly reducing the size of the gas extraction blank zone and improving the efficiency of the design of gas extraction projects in coal mines.
