摘 要:中国国际丝路中心大厦建筑高度498m,主体结构高度482.5m,属于超高层建筑。首先分析了现行规范刚重比计算公式的适用条件,然后依据本项目楼层质量、地震作用和风荷载的实际分布情况,对现行规范中的刚重比计算公式进行修正。通过采用修正后的刚重比计算公式对本项目的整体稳定性进行评价,结果表明项目整体稳定性满足要求,但需要考虑结构的重力二阶效应。采用ETABS软件对结构进行整体屈曲分析,结果表明,塔楼具有较好的整体稳定性。线弹性屈曲分析计算得到的刚重比数值与修正后的刚重比公式计算得到的数值较为接近,前者略大于后者,可见采用修正后的刚重比公式对结构进行设计偏安全。The building height of China International Silk Road Center Building is 498m,and the height of the main structure is 482.5m,which is a super high-rise building.Firstly the applicable conditions of the calculation formula of the stiffness-to-weight ratio in the current code was analyzed,then the calculation formula of the stiffness-to-weight ratio in the current code was revised according to the actual distribution of the project′s floor mass,earthquake action and wind load.The overall stability of the project was evaluated by using the revised stiffness-to-weight ratio calculation formula,and the results show that the overall stability of the project meets the requirements,but the second-order effect of gravity of the structure needs to be considered.The overall buckling analysis of the structure was carried out by ETABS software,and the results show that the tower has good overall stability.The stiffness-to-weight ratio value calculated by linear elastic buckling analysis is close to the value calculated by the revised stiffness-to-weight ratio formula,and the former is slightly larger than the latter,which shows that the design using the revised stiffness-to-weight ratio formula is safer.
