深色病变白桦树皮的漂白处理工艺研究

摘  要:针对深色病变白桦树皮颜色深暗,使其应用受限的严重问题。首先采用氧化漂白剂对深褐色白桦树皮进行漂白处理,研究了过氧化氢、次氯酸钠、亚氯酸钠三种试剂的漂白效果。结果表明,过氧化氢和次氯酸钠漂白效果较差,亚氯酸钠漂白效果良好,是白桦树皮最合适的漂白剂。然后对亚氯酸钠的漂白工艺条件进行了优化,结果表明,树皮白度随亚氯酸钠的浓度、漂白温度和漂白时间的增加而提高,但是在高温长时间处理会引起树皮表面严重的起泡现象,因此白桦树皮的漂白宜在70℃低温条件下进行,漂白时间不宜过长。Aimed at the serious problem of the dark color of the birch bark,which limits its application.Firstly,dark brown birch bark was bleached with oxidized bleaching agent,and the bleaching effects of hydrogen peroxide,sodium hypochlorite and sodium chlorite were studied.The results showed that hydrogen peroxide and sodium hypochlorite had poor bleaching effect,while sodium chlorite had good bleaching effect,and was the most suitable bleaching agent for birch bark.Then the bleaching process conditions of sodium chlorite were optimized.The results showed that the bark white degree varies with the concentration of sodium chlorite,bleaching temperature,bleaching time increases,but long-term treatment at high temperature would cause the bark surface foaming phenomenon.Therefore,the bleaching of birch bark should be carried out at a low temperature of 70°C,and the bleaching time should not be too long.
