摘 要:大规模低温冷库超平地坪通常长时间处在低温条件下,因为运用高货架,叉车施工呈现为重心处于高位的情况,为确保叉车在地面稳定施工,要求地坪有极高的平整度。为此,本研究联系真实案例,先是探究了施工总体结构,之后剖析了超平地坪作业所遇到的难题且提出优化方法,之后探究施工工艺实施过程和管控方法,最后开展地坪检测工作。通过实例检验,低温冷库地坪的平直度等能够达到设计标准。为此,期望可以为有关人员提供借鉴与参照。Large-scale low temperature cold storage is usually in the low temperature condition for a long time,because of the use of high shelves,forklift construction as the center of gravity is at a high level,in order to ensure the stable construction of forklift on the ground,the floor is required to have a very high flatness.To this end,this research connects with real cases,first explores the overall structure of the construction,then analyzes the problems encountered in the super flat floor operation and puts forward the optimization method,then explores the construction process implementation process and control method,and finally carries out the floor detection work.Through the example test,the flatness of the low-temperature cold storage floor can meet the design standard.To this end,it is expected to provide reference and reference for the relevant personnel.
