摘 要:目前工业现场使用的蝶阀在高温工况下承压能力低、密封效果差,并且在工业现场控制管理复杂,本文设计了一种数字式耐高温蝶阀,通过CAN总线通信进行现场分布式控制,其阀体结构采用双浮动三偏心结构,有效的提高了蝶阀在高温工况下的密封性能。本文首先介绍了数字式耐高温蝶阀的硬件结构设计、软件及程序设计,然后对该阀门样机进行了高温试验,试验结果表明,本文设计的数字式耐高温蝶阀在高温工况下具有较好的密封性能。At present,the butterfly valve used in the industrial field has low bearing capacity and poor sealing effect under high temperature conditions,and the control and management in the industrial field is complex.This paper designs a digital high temperature resistant butterfly valve,which is distributed in the field through CAN bus communication.Its valve body structure adopts double floating three eccentric structure,which effectively improves the sealing performance of the butterfly valve under high temperature conditions.This paper firstly introduces the hardware structure design,software and program design of digital high temperature resistant butterfly valve,and then carries out high temperature test on the prototype valve.The test results show that the digital high temperature resistant butterfly valve designed in this paper has better sealing performance under high temperature conditions.
