摘  要:针对产气量4000 Nm^(3)/h及以上的水电解制氢设备在运行过程中,因单个薄膜调节阀在压力和液位的控制过程中,无法兼顾多负荷下阀门稳定运行开度和安全噪音都满足氢站设计规范要求的问题,本文提出一种采用组合量程比思路来实现设备10%~110%负荷宽功率调节范围内压力和液位的稳定控制。根据薄膜调节阀特性参数适当调整规格、数量,依据运行负荷,设置不同规格型号的执行元件。在每个负荷工况下既能兼顾阀门稳定开度还预留调节余量;最终保持30%~70%的开度,且在两个阀门切换过程中系统内气体平稳过度至下一个工作状态。本方法成功应用在新疆某制氢项目中,实现了高产气量下宽功率范围变化的压力和液位平稳控制,验证了该方法的可行性和稳定性。In the operation process of hydroelectricity hydrogen production equipment with gas production 4000 Nm^(3)/h and above,because a single film regulating valve cannot take into account the problem that the valve stable operation opening and safety noise meet the requirements of the design specification of hydrogen station under multiple loads in the process of pressure and liquid level control.This paper presents an idea of using combined range ratio to realize the stable control of pressure and liquid level in the power regulation range of 10%~110%load width of equipment.According to the film regulating valve characteristic parameters appropriate to adjust the specification,quantity,according to the running load,set different specifications and models of the actuator.In each load condition can not only take into account the valve stable opening but also reserve adjustment margin;Finally,the opening degree of 30%~70%is maintained,and the gas in the system is smoothly transferred to the next working state during the switching of the two valves.The method has been successfully applied to a hydrogen production project in Xinjiang Province,realizing the stable control of pressure and liquid level under high gas production and wide power range,and verifying the feasibility and stability of the method.
